We have put our heart and soul into designing and manufacturing the highest quality products on the Australian market. Our friendly team can ensure your product is performing at maximum capacity, so please call our Brisbane office on 0424 846 841.
The non-consumable products purchased from our store come with a "Satisfaction Guarantee". If you are not satisfied with the performance and results of a non-consumable product, you can return it within 60 days for a refund of the purchase price, less a $7 processing fee.
To begin the process, please email hello@snottynoses.com.au with your order details. We will want to check you have not accidentally received a faulty product.
After confirmation, we will supply the return address details. You are responsible for return postage costs. Once received, we issue a refund of the purchase price only, less a $7 processing fee.
Please note: If you have purchased our product from a pharmacy or baby store, you are welcome to contact us for help. However if a refund is required, this will be issued by the store that processed the initial payment. Please ensure you keep your receipt for easy exchanges and refunds.
