Satisfaction Guarantee

Since starting our business in 2013, we have been proud to stock high quality products that help families with health and sleep problems.

Our core values are quality, commitment and trust.

We offer a 60 Day "Satisfaction Guarantee" on non-consumable products purchased from our store.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or it doesn't work the way you hoped, please email hello@snottynoses.com.au and let us know. Our team are highly trained to trouble shoot, and might have the information you need to get the product working well. 

However, if we can't trouble shoot, you may return the (non-consumable) product via post within 60 Days of the delivery date (the Guarantee Period), to receive a refund of the purchase price only, less a $7 processing fee. 

The Snotty Noses Satisfaction Guarantee is subject to you, before returning any item to us under the Snotty Noses Satisfaction Guarantee, emailing us a request to hello@snottynoses.com.au, detailing your full name and order number.

Once approved, we will email you a Return Code that you are to display on the parcel to be returned. You are responsible for return postage costs. We request that you return any items in their original packaging. 

Any refund requests outside of the Guarantee Period must be made in accordance with our standard returns policy detailed here

Please note that the Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to sale items or essential oil bottles that have been opened (with security seal undone).
