International Orders

Standard: AU $19.95. Available on all products, sent from our Brisbane office, via tracked Star Track (Aus Post) parcels. All international parcels are sent for signature on delivery. We are not responsible for any local fees and taxes. Unclaimed parcels will be returned to our Brisbane, Australia office at customer's expense.

Returns (Change of Mind)

All non-consumable products come with a 60 day satisfaction guarantee.

Please email hello@snottynoses.com.au if you are dissatisfied with the performance of a product and we can begin the returns process. Include your order number or store receipt (if purchased from a stockist).

✦ Customers are required to cover the return shipping cost for change of mind.
✦ Consumables (oils, balms) are unable to be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.
