60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We have put our heart and soul into designing and manufacturing the highest quality products on the Australian market and offer a 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee policy on all non-consumable Snotty Noses Australia products sold.

Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact our customer happiness specialists by emailing hello@snottynoses.com.au or if you'd rather speak to a real person, please call 0424 846 841. Please confirm your name, phone number, order number, feedback on the product and state that you wish to take advantage of our satisfaction guarantee.

In the rare occasion that you have received a faulty item or if we are able to find a solution based on your feedback, we will aim to do this. However, if this is not the case, we will provide you with our postal address for returning.

Please note that you will be responsible for return postage, and 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee commences from date of purchase. Please allow up to seven business days for your item/s to be processed by our team once received and up to five business days for your refund of the purchase price to be returned via your original payment method.

If you have purchased your product through a pharmacy or baby store… your 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee refund will need to be processed directly with the store you purchased from via your original payment method.

Coupon Codes

We may have active coupon codes for first time purchasers or affiliates. Coupon code must be entered at checkout. Cannot be backdated or extended. Coupon codes do not apply to already discounted bundles. Cannot be used with any other code or offer.

Free Gifts with Purchase

From time to time, we will offer free gifts in the cart once an order reaches a spend threshold. This is controlled by Dr Free Gift app in cart. Customers must "add a product to cart" in order for this function to be activated.

Bypassing the cart, by using 'express checkout' or direct payment gateways, including but not limited to ShopPay, GooglePay, ApplePay, may cause the free gift offer to be bypassed.

We reserve the right to only disptch the products listed on the final checkout page. If a free product has not been added to cart as expected, please return to the product page and 'add to cart', so cart drawer will be displayed, then proceed to checkout. 


Changes to Orders

If you wish to make a change to your order, please contact our Customer Care team by emailing hello@snottynoses.com.au with the subject line Order Change.

While we can not guarantee order adjustments after purchase has been completed, our team will endeavor to assist as best as we can. If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please contact our team for a refund on your purchased price (minus $7.00 processing fee) via your original payment method.

In the rare occasion that we need to cancel your order, we will notify you via email to advise and offer a refund or replacement product.


Shipping

Snotty Noses Australia sends both nationally and internationally using couriers AusPost (standard and express) or Team Global Express for customer and wholesale orders. It is the responsibility of the customer or wholesaler to ensure that shipping information is correct before completing the checkout process.

Please select your preferred shipping method as part of the checkout process. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact our Customer Care team and we will do our best to assist.


Faulty or Incorrect Item

In the rare event that you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team within 10 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@snottynoses.com.au with your name, order number and information and images of the fault or incorrectly received item. We will organise a refund or replacement as a matter of priority in line with ACCC guidelines.


In-Box Information Booklet

Prior to using your products, please read the in-box booklet for full information on product assembly, correct use, specifications, troubleshooting and warranty parameters. Please be mindful when unboxing your item/s to avoid items being lost or misplaced.

For items which do not have information booklets, please refer to the side of the box and product page for recommended use. Please note that you must only use items purchased from us for their intended purpose. We cannot be responsible for any misuse of the items, or any harm or damage done suffered by you, because of not using the items for their intended purpose. If you have any questions on your item or correct use, please contact our Customer Happiness Specialists who will be happy to assist prior to use.


Warranty

Products have a 12-month factory/motor warranty on all non-consumable items. Please be mindful to read the use instructions and warranty information found in the information booklet before use.

In the unusual event of Snotty Boss collection cup and nozzles becoming damaged in transit and before the product has been used, please contact within 1 month of purchase to report the damaged goods. The collection cup and nozzles will be replaced within 1 month of purchase. 

Consumable parts or attachments may show signs of natural wear and tear over time. These are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Replacement parts (including Snotty Boss collection cup and nozzles) can be purchased.

International Customers

Snotty Noses Australia ships to customers worldwide customers outside of Australia. Select the currency to suit in left corner. International customers are responsible to paying any local fees, tariffs and taxes.

 $10,000 Winter Giveaway

1. Promoter

Snotty Noses Co Pty Ltd (ABN: 13 633 788 860), 28–32 Loam St, Acacia Ridge QLD 4110 ("Promoter").

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Residents of New Zealand are excluded. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter and participating retailers are ineligible.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:00am (AEST) on 1 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 31 August 2026.

4. How to Enter

To enter, individuals must spend $50 AUD or more in a single transaction on Snotty Noses Co products (including bundles and multiple items) from a participating Australian retailer, the Promoter’s website, or Amazon Australia. Shipping costs and non-Snotty Noses Co products are excluded.

Entrants must upload a valid receipt via the Promoter’s website via this page. Limit one entry per qualifying transaction. If a purchase is refunded and no longer meets the qualifying threshold, the entry is invalid.

5. Prize

Total prize pool is $10,000 AUD comprising: 1 x $5,000 cash prize (paid via electronic bank transfer) and 10 x $500 Ampol fuel vouchers (not transferable, not redeemable for cash, subject to issuer terms).

6. Draw Details

The draw will take place at Snotty Noses Co, 28–32 Loam St, Acacia Ridge QLD 4110 on 4 September 2026 at 11:00am AEST. The first valid entry drawn will win the $5,000 cash prize and will remain in the draw. Ten additional winners will then be drawn for the $500 vouchers.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email and phone within 7 days of the draw.

8. Winner Publication

Winners’ last name, first initial and postcode will be published on the Promoter’s website within 30 days of the draw.

9. Claim Period

Winners have 14 days to claim their prize.

10. Unclaimed Prize Draw

If any prize remains unclaimed, the prize will be redrawn on 28 September 2026 at 11:00am AEST at the same time and address of the original draw, being Snotty Noses Co, 28–32 Loam St, Acacia Ridge QLD 4110. The redraw winner will be notified in writing within 7 days and their details will be published within 30 days in accordance with clause 8.

11. Privacy

Personal information is collected for the purpose of conducting this promotion and will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). See www.snottynoses.com.au.

12. Publicity

Winners consent to the use of their name and location for promotional purposes.

13. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify invalid entries. The Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to State or Territory law. The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues. All decisions are final.

Snotty Noses Australia Pty Ltd reserves the rights to adjust products and prices as appropriate. Colours on products may appear differently on your screen or device than in-person due to different screen resolutions and personal setups.
