How to Use the Roller Bottle

✦ Remove the ball/stopper

✦ Fill the 10ml bottle with fractionated coconut or jojoba oil (available at supermarkets) and 2-20 drops of your favourite essential oil to create a topical blend.

✦ Apply to soles of the feet, chest or wrist, for healthy oil absorption.

✦ Please see dilution guide based on age below.  

✦ We recommend writing the dilution percentage and ingredients on the label of each bottle, for easy and safe reference.
