Wholesale Policy

Snotty Noses Australia A.B.N.13633788860 (we, us, our, or Snotty Noses) recognises and values you as a wholesale stockist of our products.

Application
New stockists must complete the online application form, and will be advised by email within 3 business days, if the application has been successful. We are looking to partner with bricks and mortar stores and online stores, who share a similar vision in stocking high quality brands. Not all applications will be accepted.

Orders
Minimum spend per order is $100.00, excluding freight. Wholesale pricing applies to stores with a retail storefront or website. Orders must be placed via the online wholesale login portal at snottynoses.com.au. Full payment must be made at the time of ordering through payment options available on website. Stockists will receive an order confirmation email, and a record of the order will be held in their online account.

Wholesale Shipping
A flat rate standard shipping: $19.95 per order, with free standard shipping for orders over $1,000.00. Orders will be sent within 2 business days of ordering, using Australia Post or Team Global Express, and tracking information will be emailed to the address provided on the order.

Pricing
Prices and minimums are subject to change without notice. Minimum order quantity is 2 items per SKU. Bulk discounts may be available for large orders, and can be negotiated with Snotty Noses Australia. Shipping costs are $19.95 per order, with free standard shipping available for orders over $1000. The RRP for Snotty Boss is $99.95 incl GST. Occasional catalogue specials can be supported, but our minimum pricing for a temporary special is $89.95. This maintains the brand’s integrity and keeps the market fair for all stockists.

Payment Terms
To assist fast and easy ordering, all wholesale orders are to be placed via the wholesale portal of snottynoses.com.au, and payment is required at the time of placing orders. This minimises paperwork and order processing time, therefore keeping wholesale pricing competitive. 3rd Party Platforms
Any approved stockist may only sell our products in the store or website as disclosed on the application form. No stockist may on-sell our products to another stockist. No stockist may list our products on 3rd party website, including but not limited to: EBay, Amazon, Catch Of The Day, Gumtree, My Deal. Any listing on a 3rd party platform may result in the withdrawal of wholesale supply.

Order cancellations and changes
Changes to orders can usually be accommodated before order reaches warehouse for fulfilment. If order has been processed, order changes cannot be accepted. Order cancellations must be in writing, and received prior to shipment. If order is packed to ship, the 20% deposit will be kept in place of a restocking fee.

Claims and Returns
Our products are covered by a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty and a 60 day satisfaction guarantee. If your customer believes their product is faulty or wish to claim the satisfaction guarantee, they can contact us first if preferred, via hello@snottynoses.com.au Or they can return in store for troubleshooting or return. A valid receipt must be presented. If the product is deemed faulty by the stockist, the product can be replaced, and the stockist can contact us for a credit claim. If a 60 day satisfaction guarantee is claimed with proof of purchase, the stockist can issue a refund, and contact us for a credit claim.
