Returns
All non-consumable products come with a 60 day satisfaction guarantee.
Please email hello@snottynoses.com.au if you are dissatisfied with the performance of a product and we can begin the returns process.
Customers are required to cover the return shipping cost and there will be a $7 processing fee.
Consumables (oils, balms) are unable to be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.
