What is an NDIS Plan?
Snotty Noses is proud to be a unregistered provider with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). We are able to offer our award winning products for people who have a Self Managed or Plan Managed NDIS Plan.
Self Managed NDIS Plan
A Self Managed NDIS Plan allows participants to take charge of their funding and services. With a Self Managed plan, you have the control and flexibility to select, arrange, and pay for the services you need, as long as they align with the goals outlined in your NDIS plan.
Plan Managed NDIS Plan
A Plan Managed NDIS Plan involves a registered Plan Manager to help the recepient manage their funding and services. The Plan Manager is responsible for taking care of the selection, purchasing, financial, and administrative aspects of the plan on behalf of the participant.
How to Purchase Using an NDIS Plan
Whether you have a Self Managed NDIS Plan or a Plan Managed NDIS Plan you can purchase the Snotty Boss or or other products by completing the form below and the following simple steps:
Self Managed NDIS Plan Purchase
Pay Upfront & Process Your Claim
- Select the products you need that match your plan from our website and add them to your cart.
- Checkout & make payment
- Complete the below Form (selecting Self Managed Pay Upfront). Make sure you complete your order number. We will send you a full copy of the Tax Invoice with your added NDIS details. Use this tax invoice to make your claim.
- Once payment is finalised for your order a copy of the order tax invoice will be emailed to you. Please check your spam emails if you do not see an instant order receipt in your inbox.
Place Your Order & Claim Before Paying
- Complete the Form below, listing out which items you want to purchase and the quantity. Make sure you complete the shipping address.
- Select Self managed Claim First option on the form
- We will email you a quote for the items requested for your independent claim. Once you receive your quote and ready to purchase simply place your order on our website and quote your NDIS number in the order comments box during checkout. Please note that quotes will only be valid for 14 days.
Plan Managed NDIS Plan Purchase
- Complete the below form, listing out which items you wish to purchase and the quantity. Make sure you complete the shipping address and Plan Manager details.
- We will lodge the tax invoice direct with your Plan Manager to receive payment. The Plan Manager is responsible for assessing whether the items are reasonable and appropriate for each unique NDIS plan.
- Once your purchases are approved and payment is received, we will send you a confirmation email and dispatch your order.
